Responsibilities: * Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs to drive sales and build the Eazzy brand within the US financial services market. * Manage a marketing budget with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead generation objectives, prioritizing funnel conversion. * Collaborate with different branches of the company to execute integrated marketing campaigns. * Ensure messaging is consistent with the brand and tailored to the audience, channel, and campaign objectives. * Research, plan, and implement advertising campaigns across various platforms. * Proficient in social media advertising and campaign management. * Determine the most effective media for advertising, including radio, TV, print, online, and billboards. * Negotiate advertising contracts. * Research, prospect, and propose business opportunities using a consultative approach with clients. * Review and approve creative elements and layouts. * Organize market research studies and analyze results to inform strategy. * Develop pricing strategies that align with client budgets and company goals. Qualifications: We are seeking a data-driven inbound marketer to oversee the majority of our marketing funnel. Your role will involve attracting traffic, converting leads, and working with sales leadership to nurture them into customers. This will be a Commission Role. * Experience in marketing is preferred, with a focus on building brand awareness and driving sales. * Continuously improve marketing literature for foundations, channels, and products. * Develop creative and distinctive marketing strategies. * Provide input and content for the company website. * Lead independent projects to enhance departmental efficiency. * Coordinate with regional marketing professionals on global initiatives. * Work across internal departments including sales, client service, management, compliance, and design teams. * Ability to prospect and identify decision-makers within organizations. * Strong customer relations, sales, and referral skills. * High level of commitment, attention to detail, and follow-through. * Support ad-hoc internal marketing requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all marketing materials. * Strong understanding of marketing research, social media, and advertising. Education & Experience Requirements: * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies. * Experience with social media platforms such as Red, WeChat Official, Facebook, and Instagram. * Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent client service skills, with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships. * Positive attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. * Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems. * Attention to detail, with a proven track record of accuracy. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Intellectual curiosity and appreciation for corporate brand guidelines. * Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
