Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Desired qualities include: Ethical and Honest Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self motivating Detail oriented Dedicated to customer service Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a client Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
