Position Overview: The Inside Sales Associate supports the sales team by qualifying leads, handling inbound calls, maintaining CRM data, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring clear communication across departments. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (In Office/ Onsite) Responsibilities: * Work directly with the sales team to pre-qualify prospective customers. * Manage and route inbound calls efficiently to the appropriate team or representative. * Support communication efforts between the sales team and customers. * Provide translation support across departments as needed to ensure clear, accurate communication. * Perform accurate and timely data entry, maintaining up-to-date customer and prospect records in CRM. * Assist customers with basic policy questions/changes such as carrier changes, certificate of insurance requests, and updates to insured information. * Collaborate with other departments to streamline internal processes and support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of similar work experience. * High School Diploma/GED required. * Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred. * Prioritize customer service. * Basic understanding of insurance. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient with computers and technology. * Highly organized and detail oriented.
