About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Junior Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. In this entry-level role, you'll be on the front lines connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting our senior sales professionals to close deals. What You'll Do

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms to generate interest and set appointments.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong fit with our solutions.
• Support senior sales team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Learn and stay up to date on our products, value propositions, and the competitive landscape.
• Meet and exceed weekly outreach and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field.

What You Bring

• 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (internships and entry-level roles welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and client-facing communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (Salesforce).
