High volume Ford Lincoln store is looking to add to our team! Ideal candidates will have a proven track record as a manager, as well as strong commitment to customer and employee satisfaction. Qualifications: * Previous role as a sales manager/general sales manager. * Strong work ethic * Contagious energy * Have retail automotive background. * Strong ethics and values. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Have current industry, market, and relevant product knowledge * Experience with internet and retail tools, Reynolds, Route one, Eleads, V-auto, FMC and STARS a plus * Computer and phone savvy Duties will be as follows but not limited to the following: * Leading yourself and the team in a way that supports our Vision and Mission. * Ability to forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales and gross. * Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders. * Managing the negotiation process with sales associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. * Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit. Provide for an appealing showroom, set up with vehicles to draw the interest of customers. * Build rapport with customers to establish customer network. * Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. * Maintain CSI at or above company standards. * Other duties assigned by Management Please send a resume.
