Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives Qualifications: - Previous retail sales experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to perform basic math calculations - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of technical sales is an asset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills Join our team today and be part of our success!
