Your primary focus will be working with internet leads, making sales calls, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. The base pay is $37,440-$45,760 annually and will be based on experience with uncapped commission potential and performance-based bonuses; your earning potential is entirely in your hands. • Prospect & Generate Leads Identify potential clients through internet leads, networking, and referrals
• Engage & Educate Customers Build strong relationships, assess insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Negotiate & Close Sales Skillfully guide prospects through the sales process to convert leads into loyal customers
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service Provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required before start date)
