We are based in St. Louis and have a long history of providing customers with high quality, authentic sports memorabilia and retail merchandise. We work with some of the best manufacturers in the sporting goods industry and market products associated with the top athletes and teams. We also sell hot market items, exclusive Nikco product, and retail items as a distributor to retail stores nationwide. Description: Administrative role to support our inside sales team and coordinate all orders. Must be able to multi-task, take on tedious projects, pay attention to detail, and easily adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities: *Customer Service - phone and email *File FedEx Damage Claims *Coordinate Returns *Gather Information and Prepare Reports - Ad Codes, Tracking, Referrals *Call Declined Orders and Save Potential Cancellations *Shipping Assistance When Large Orders Arrive in Warehouse *Prepare Call Lists for Sales Teams *Filing *Assist in Administrative Functions to Help Team *Establish Strong Relationships with Suppliers *Negotiate Best Pricing and Lead Times *Field Inbound Sales Calls During Promotional Times *Assist with creating awareness of Nikco inventory to sell through prior to moving new product New employees will receive thorough orientation and training as well as ongoing career development. We provide an upbeat, positive environment and, of course, fun and exciting products. We have a beautiful corporate headquarters in bustling Chesterfield Valley. The position is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and the dress code is business casual. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
