We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused P &C Personal Lines Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is focused on personal home and auto insurance within the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an associate 's degree who are eager to start their career in the insurance industry. Proficiency in Mandarin is required Key Responsibilities: * Engage with clients to provide support on personal home and auto insurance policies , addressing inquiries about coverage, billing, claims, and policy updates * Assist in sales administration tasks, including processing new policies, renewals, and policy changes * Deliver high-quality customer service, using your communication skills to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction * Contribute to the organization's goal of providing exceptional service and customized P &C insurance solutions to a diverse clientele * Support the team by maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely follow-ups Qualifications: * Proficiency in Mandarin (required) * Associate's degree or equivalent education preferred * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * No prior insurance experience required --full training will be provided * A desire to build a long-term career in the insurance industry This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growth-oriented team.
