Job Title: Sales Manager Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you'll drive our growth by identifying opportunities, cultivating leads, and establishing robust relationships. Your role as a Sales Manager will involve shaping the commercial landscape through your adept sales skills and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: * S pearhead lead generation initiatives, consistently surpassing sales targets. * Expertly negotiate contracts with potential clients and prepare detailed quotes and pricing schedules. * Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing our products and services to diverse clientele. * Engage in local networking activities, fostering meaningful connections to expand our client base. * Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing programs, ensuring a cohesive approach towards our objectives. * Visit clients, evaluate needs, maintain records, and provide comprehensive product/service information. * Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff * Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service * Overseeing various aspects of our operations, including finances, scheduling, quality assurance, and more * Maintaining client records and providing information about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. * Participating in a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year. Requirements: * Demonstrated experience and understanding of sales processes and dynamics. * Committed to delivering excellent customer service with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at utilizing various software applications. * Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. * Physical fitness to lift and carry doors when required.
