Are you a motivated self-starter with a knack for connecting with people? Do you enjoy being out in the community and helping homeowners improve their properties? Harts Roofing & Construction is seeking enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team and generate leads for our high-quality construction services.

Responsibilities

: - Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to engage with homeowners - Identify potential customers interested in home improvement projects (e.g., roofing, siding, windows, additions) - Educate homeowners about our construction services and assess their needs - Schedule free consultations with our sales rep - Maintain a positive attitude and represent our company professionally

Requirements

: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule - Comfortable walking and working outdoors in various weather conditions - Reliable transportation to travel to assigned neighborhoods - Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required - Must pass a background check

Compensation

: - 100% commission-based: Earn a generous percentage of each closed project you generate - Unlimited earning potential - the more leads you bring in, the more you earn! - Top performers can make $50,000 - $100,000+ annually - Paid weekly based on completed projects from your leads Job Types: Full-time, Contract
