Job Summary

I am looking for experienced, motivated, respectful, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives for my team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging potential customers through door knocking and utilizing sales strategies. The commission is great and if you have a passion/experience with sales/negotiation, I want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Utilize inside sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with potential customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Door knock to reach out to new leads and maintain existing client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our software.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on business development initiatives and sales campaigns.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine our sales approach. Skills
• Experience in sales, preferably in home-service businesses, is appreciated, but not a requirement.
• Strong ability to negotiate effectively with clients at various levels.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes/strategies.
• Experience in business development and outbound sales techniques.
• Proficient in using a CRM software for tracking sales activities (training provided).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
