WeatherMaster Windows is in the business of providing great quality & affordable windows. We were founded in 1986 and are based out of Baltimore. We are expanding and are looking for experienced Sales Reps who can be a part of a winning team. *Generate new business: The sales representative is responsible for prospecting and generating new "wholesale business only" by establishing relationships with new contractors, GC's, home remodelers. Identify customer needs: The sales representative must identify customer needs and requirements by asking questions, conducting needs assessments, and analyzing customer preferences. Provide product information: The sales representative must have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and be able to communicate their features and benefits effectively to potential customers. Prepare quotes and proposals: The sales representative must prepare quotes and proposals for customers and present them in a professional manner. Negotiate and close deals: The sales representative must be skilled in negotiating and closing deals with customers to ensure that sales targets are met. Maintain customer relationships: The sales representative must maintain positive relationships with customers and follow up regularly to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases. Collaborate with other teams: The sales representative must work closely with other teams such as installation technicians and customer service representatives to ensure that customer needs are met. Monitor industry trends: The sales representative must stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to ensure that the company remains competitive. Meet sales targets: The sales representative must meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Maintain accurate records: The sales representative must maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system. Having a prior Window and Door Sales experience is a plus. Job Type: Contract Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Commission only * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Outside sales: 2 years (Required) * Window and door sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
