About us The NCDA San Diego County serves as a hub for the franchise dealer network in San Diego. We provide staffing opportunities for participating dealers with qualified active candidates from our CSTA (California Sales Training Academy) job placement program. New Car Dealers Association San Diego County Seeking applicants for Automotive Sales Consultants in San Diego County. We provide no cost certificate training at our facility for qualified applicants. After applying, your information will be submitted for screening for entry into our California Sales Training Academy job placement assistance program. This program allows applicants to be placed at more than 50 dealers across San Diego County. Participation in the program is at no cost to applicants. Skills / Requirements: - Must have valid US driver's license and a clean driving record. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn. - Must be able to attend classes in person in Mira Mesa for four consecutive days.
