About the Role: As Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue, expand market share, and enhance the customer experience. You'll lead a talented internal sales team while collaborating closely with the Branch Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a measurable impact through leadership, analytics, and relationship-building. What You 'll Do: * Build and Strengthen Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with key customer accounts by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet and exceed expectations. * Drive Performance: Set clear sales goals for the internal team, track progress, and provide hands-on coaching to help individuals and the branch succeed. * Ensure Service Excellence: Monitor the quality and performance of design centers and independent reps; implement continuous improvement strategies where necessary. * Lead with Insight: Analyze sales data, financial reports, and customer activity to make informed decisions that drive profitability and efficiency. * Develop Business Strategy: Create detailed sales forecasts, business plans, and financial objectives to support long-term success. * Support Key Accounts: Apply your industry knowledge and critical thinking to provide exceptional support and problem-solving for partner accounts. * Promote Sales Initiatives: Launch and manage targeted sales campaigns that align with business goals and promote revenue growth.
