Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to generate new sales through telemarketing and networking efforts.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to secure favorable agreements.
• Educate clients on a range of insurance products including auto, home, life, business, and more
• Customize insurance policies to meet clients' individual needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay informed on industry trends and Farmers products
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development Experience
• Proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred, but not required)
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a competitive spirit and strong work ethic
