DorMar Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of HVAC-R services, appliance service, drain cleaning/light plumbing service, based in Newark Ohio and servicing all of Central Ohio. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Provide customers with information about our services, pricing, and promotions * Schedule appointments for service and installation requests * Process orders and track inventory using our computer system * Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to increase sales * Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry * Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay current with our products and services At DorMar Heating & Air Conditioning, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
