We are looking for a P&C Insurance Producer to join our growing team - we've grown the team 30% ! We need someone who can speak Spanish & English comfortably to serve both English speaking clients as well as Spanish speaking clients. We have commercial client demand and personal insurance demand. We work with dozens of the best carriers from Chubb to Progressive to Travelers to Liberty Mutual and everyone in between. We're offering a competitive base salary + commission. We support you with a great support team and a self-service portal to help existing clients with day to day insurance needs like COI's, ID cards, etc. We have software to speed up and automate many of the tasks so your job is enjoyable and efficient. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish new relationships with potential clients that contact the agency and sign them up for insurance * Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners * Identify prospects through cold calling over the phone and visiting local businesses to offer and sell insurance. * Once a product is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system * Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance. * Familiarize yourself with our range of products and systems through agency-provided training. . * Ensure all renewals and requests for changes comply with requirements.
