CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE American Foam Products, Inc. is looking for a new member for our inside sales and customer service team! We are a foam packaging fabricator, creating solutions that keep our customers' shipments safe. We need your help to make that happen - helping us develop new prospects, manage our customer relationships and designing packaging and product protection solutions. Responsibilities

include:

• Build, maintain and grow customer relationships as part of the Company's sales team
• Respond to internet and telephone inquiries on foam-based packaging issues
• Process recurring orders, including pricing updates.
• Provide Customer Service for both internal and external customers via computer and telephone, including responding to customer order status inquiries, providing quotes and maintaining day-to-day contact with customers. Desired qualifications and skills:
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Deadline and detailed oriented
• Basic math skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
