Are you the kind of person who makes people feel comfortable from the first conversation? We're a small, locally owned self-storage facility looking for a friendly, dependable person to manage day-to-day operations--and to be the warm, confident voice on the other end of the phone when someone calls looking for help. This isn't just a sales job or a desk job--it's both. You'll guide prospective tenants toward the right storage solution, keep our facility clean and organized, and help make moving day a little less stressful for someone. What You 'll Do * Answer phones and respond to walk in inquiries with warmth and professionalism * Ask the right questions to help customers choose the best storage unit * Encourage potential customers to visit the property and take a tour * Manage leases, payments, and simple reports * Keep the office and site clean, organized, and secure * Monitor tenant visits and walk the property * Handle payments and confidential customer data with integrity and attention to detail * Make reminder calls to tenants Who We 're Looking For We care more about your personality and reliability than your resume.
