Join an Award-Winning Global Leader in Lifting Solutions! We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team of professionals. This role focuses on marketing and selling parts products by identifying and developing market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and servicing both existing and new accounts. Shift-M-F normal business hours Salary: 70-95k DOE, plus commission structure Travel/Territory: DFW area, travel approximately 50% and home every night Job Summary: * Collaborate with Customer Sales and Service Management to create and execute target account-specific objectives, strategies, and action plans. * Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. * Provide quotes, prepare bids, and maintain accurate records as required by management. * Highlight product features based on in-depth customer needs analysis. * Identify potential customers through business directories, client referrals, organizational involvement, and participation in trade shows and conferences. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and applications. * Monitor and report customer satisfaction to management. * Partner with Parts and Service Departments to introduce additional company services to customers. * Maintain and update the CRM system weekly with sales and prospect activities, as per management guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: * Residency in the local area is required. * Experience with brands such as Socage, Elliott, and Terex, and equipment types like knuckle booms, man lifts, and material handling equipment. * Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in parts or heavy-duty truck-mounted equipment. * Valid driver's license required. * Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
