Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through outbound sales activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, lot tending, as well as detailing vehicles as needed. Responsibilities - Listing car advertisements and generating leads - Schedule meetings and showing vehicles to customers - Negotiating and closing deals - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Detailing of Vehicles -Tending to the lot and organizing vehicles -Organization and upkeep of office space Requirements - Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outbound sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs - Knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Familiarity with automotive sales is a bonus - Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,103.00 - $94,072.00 per year Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Daily bonus Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Alexandria, VA 22314 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Alexandria, VA 22314: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
