What You'll Be Doing: As a Retail Sales Specialist , you'll represent phone, tv, and internet services in high-traffic retail locations--no cold calling, no door-to-door, just meaningful, face-to-face conversations. Your day-to-day includes: * Connecting with shoppers and introducing them to AT&T EDM plans. * Becoming an expert in the products and services you offer. * Building rapport with customers and helping them find the right fit. * Collaborating with a dynamic, supportive sales team. * Learning and applying proven sales techniques in real time.
