The Role: We're looking for experienced Business Development Sales Representatives to drive growth by expanding our network of healthcare partners and referrals. Key Responsibilities
:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent Everest Peak at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
:
- 2+ years of proven success in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare, home health, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the Los Angeles healthcare market.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
:
- Existing network of contacts in healthcare (e.g., physicians, case managers, hospital systems).
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Understanding of home health regulations (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance).
