Compensation

: $23-45 per hour Part-time, 3 hours a day

Job Summary

Freevision Technologies is seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This part-time hybrid role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a talent for building rapport over the phone and online, and an interest in helping organizations enhance their security with cutting-edge ID technology solutions. You will focus on lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship development -- all from the comfort of our office or your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and online outreach to introduce Freevision Technologies' products and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales or product demos.
• Present the value and benefits of our ID technology solutions tailored to various industry needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Hit or exceed weekly outreach and engagement targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategies.
• Gather market feedback and share customer insights to inform future offerings.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage prospects. Skills and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.
• Excellent phone and online communication skills.
• Strong ability to connect with and persuade potential clients.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently on daily tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Comfortable working with performance goals and tracking metrics.
• Prior knowledge of ID technology or security systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong track record in inside sales or SaaS/hardware solutions.
• Familiarity with sales funnels and virtual sales techniques.
• Ability to ask discovery questions and overcome objections with ease.

Compensation

& Schedule Pay: $23-45 per hour Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, ~3 hours/day
