Senior Sales Manager - Phone Sales Team Location: Columbus, Ohio Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 (plus performance-based bonuses) Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office About Us We provide top-tier coaching and resources to help clients achieve financial success. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our phone sales team, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth. Who You Are You are a proven sales leader with a strong track record of managing phone sales teams and driving multi million-dollar revenue growth. You understand high-ticket sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel in coaching sales professionals to improve performance in real time. You are analytical, proactive, and capable of having tough coaching conversations to ensure the team meets and exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing phone sales team to consistently achieve revenue goals. * Drive accountability and performance improvement by implementing data-driven sales strategies and KPIs. * Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes, team structure, and overall strategy. * Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and implement necessary adjustments. * Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to improve lead flow and conversion rates. * Foster a high-energy, results-oriented sales culture that encourages professional growth and team success. Qualifications * Proven track record in leading high-ticket phone sales teams, ideally in industries such as insurance, SaaS, or other intangible products. * Strong leadership and coaching experience --ability to identify skill gaps and drive performance improvement. * Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales data to make strategic decisions. * Ability to have direct, productive coaching conversations to hold sales reps accountable. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Prior experience in call center sales leadership or phone-based sales coaching is a plus.
