Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Understand their needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget. * Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Provide transparent, honest information about vehicle features, pricing, financing, and trade-in options. * Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicles, features, and promotions available at Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. * Test Drives & Demonstrations: Offer test drives to customers and demonstrate vehicle features to help them make an informed purchasing decision. * Customer Satisfaction: Provide an exceptional customer experience by building trust and rapport, ensuring each customer's buying experience is seamless and enjoyable. * Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to meet dealership sales goals and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications: * Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone. * Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to help customers find the right solution for their needs. * Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and earn commissions. * Positive Attitude & Team Player: Energetic, friendly, and able to work well within a team-oriented environment. * No Experience Required: While prior sales experience is helpful, it is not required. We will provide the training and support you need to succeed. * Valid Driver 's License: Clean driving record required.
