What You'll Do: * Sell and service a wide range of personal and commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, including auto, homeowners, renters, business, and general liability. * _ Build and manage_ your book of business through outbound calls, referrals, networking events, and client follow-ups. * Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend the best insurance solutions tailored to each client. * _ Stay compliant_ with all state regulations and agency procedures. * Maintain accurate client records and process all necessary paperwork in a timely, professional manner. * Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring all clients feel informed, protected, and valued. * Collaborate with other agents, underwriters, and support staff to maximize performance and drive agency growth.
