Warrior Insurance & Services Group LLC, a growing Independent insurance agency in Monument, CO, is looking for two client focused Licensed Insurance Agents. As vital members of our team, our Licensed Agents are responsible for so much more than your typical Insurance Agent! They are the liaison between our insurance agency, our carriers, and our clients, and will oversee the agency-client relationship, determine our clients' needs and ensure our insurance agency delivers. How can working as a Licensed Insurance Agent for Warrior Insurance benefit me? * Welcoming Agency with a Friendly Culture - Office is intimate and open providing a positive workspace where you are not just a number. * Unique, Open & Fun Team - Have fun collaborating and exchanging new ideas with respect and support from others. * Work Variety -Offer a broad range of options and are not bound to use any single insurance carrier. * Working Location - Onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm * Growth & Education- Opportunities for Carrier training to expand product knowledge. * Robust Bonus Program & Great Benefits As our next Licensed Insurance Agent, your key responsibilities will include: * Build and maintain a strong business relationship with new and existing clients * Manage client accounts by providing exceptional customer service * Work closely with clients to address questions and resolve issues * Perform inbound and outbound personal and commercial lines insurance sales * Cross sell insurance products by offering various types of insurance coverage to meet diverse client needs * Manage and develop your networking and pipeline * Deepen client relations by conducting an annual touchpoint; perform maintenance and identify/review those clients needing insurance changes * Utilize insurance automation technology to make your sales process both efficient and effective * Actively participate as a member of the team in a collaborative and supportive manner with open communication We believe a successful Licensed Insurance Agent will have the following: * Possess a current Property and Casualty Insurance License (P&C) in the state of Colorado * Minimum of 3 years' experience as a P&C sales agent or producer in personal and/or commercial lines insurance * Previous experience with an Independent Agency strongly preferred * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products * Experience working with insurance related technology * Professional, engaging, and genuine interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal and written) * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong self-initiative to work both independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude * Excellent follow-up and follow through * Ability to work in fast-paced environment At Warrior Insurance and Services Group LLC, we do not simply focus on the bottom line, we focus on our people just as much.
