We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Manage client communications via phone, correspondence, and in-person * Greet customers * Generate sales leads * Process policy changes * Submit claims * Input daily renewals * Filing * Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Detail-oriented * Ability to keep information confidential * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proactive and motivated * Ability to multi-task * Desire to grow within the agency * Licensed Insurance Agent or willing to obtain license is a plus, but not required.
