We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare / Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating their Insurance options, ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs. SALES EXPERIENCE AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS A MUST!!! Duties * Educate clients on Insurance options available to them. * Analyze clients' needs and recommend the best insurance products. * Conduct telemarketing/social media efforts to reach potential clients and generate leads. * Go out on the field and network with Doctors offices to make new connections and find new clients. * Cross-sell different products. * Provide ongoing support for clients post sale. Requirements * SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. * Positive, ambitious attitude. * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Bilingual is a PLUS. * Experience in telemarketing or lead generation is a plus. * A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with colleagues in achieving sales goals.
