Job Title: Customer Success Associate (50% Travel / 50% Office-Based Telesales) Location: Kansas City, MO Reports To: Director of Sales Operations and Customer Success Department: Sales Industry: Consumer Packaged Goods - Home & Body Care Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: At Indigo Wild we're redefining the way consumers experience home and body care through sustainably made, high-quality CPG products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate, results-driven Customer Success Associate to be a trusted partner to our wholesale clients and drive customer satisfaction and growth. Position Overview: The Customer Success Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing retail and distribution partners. This role is split 50/50 between traveling to visit accounts in person and conducting telesales from our office. You'll ensure client success, foster long-term partnerships, and drive sell-through by providing education, support, and strategic sales input. Key Responsibilities: Customer Success & Relationship Maintaining (50% Travel): * Visit wholesale clients and distribution partners to strengthen relationships, assess in-store execution, and identify growth opportunities. * Conduct on-site product training and brand education to ensure staff are equipped to promote and sell products effectively. * Provide merchandising support and analyze retail performance to inform strategic recommendations. * Attend industry trade shows and regional events to represent the brand and deepen client engagement. Telesales & Account Growth (50% Office-Based): * Conduct outbound sales calls to existing clients to upsell products, introduce new SKUs, and support seasonal programs. * Maintain regular check-ins via phone, email, and virtual meetings to monitor satisfaction and resolve issues. * Develop sales plans tailored to each account and track sales performance against goals. * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, product development) to align on client needs and opportunities. Qualifications: * Some experience in customer success, account maintenance, or B2B sales. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport in person and remotely. * Proven ability to drive account growth and meet or exceed sales targets. * Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to travel up to 50% (nationally). * Experience using CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite HubSpot, Salesforce) to track client interactions and performance. * Passion for clean, sustainable home and body care products is a plus.
