As we expand, we're looking for a driven, salon-savvy professional to join our team. What You 'll Do As our Sales & Partnerships Executive, you'll be the front line of our growth--connecting with tanning salons, answering product inquiries, building client relationships, and partnering with distributors. You'll also get the rare opportunity to shape products by collaborating with our in-house designers, developers, and formulators. Your Core

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage salon accounts (inbound + outbound outreach)
• Develop distributor relationships and coordinate reorders
• Respond to product and pricing inquiries with professionalism and speed
• Monitor basic inventory levels and flag restock needs
• Suggest new products or packaging ideas based on salon feedback
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create or update products
• Attend industry events or trade shows (optional travel) What We 're Looking For
• Required: Experience working with tanning salons (sales, supplier, rep, or management)
• Proven sales or account management experience (1-3 years)
• Strong written + verbal communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage leads independently
• Creative mindset--comfortable contributing ideas for new products or branding
• Familiarity with CRM tools and eCommerce platforms (bonus) What You 'll Get
