Summary We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at BMM Testlabs. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence within the gaming industry. Located in the United States, you will leverage your expertise to build strong client relationships and develop strategic initiatives that align with our mission of excellence in gaming certification. As a Business Development / Client Services Manager at BMM, you will manage a group of customers to achieve sales targets and develop profitable business with new and existing customers. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate like you. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals will significantly contribute to the BMM's growth. Responsibilities You will report to North America/ Global sales management and: * Develop and manage land-based gaming customers. * Manage all stages of the sales process and deliver revenue against targets. * Develop short-term and long-term Sales Plans for customers. * Determine sales strategies to meet agreed goals and objectives. * Track and forecast customer revenue and monitor performance vs target. * Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to drive revenue growth strategies. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at various levels across customer organizations. * Participate in industry conferences and visit customers to explore opportunities. * Manage all sales activities via BMM's CRM system to maintain all prospects and the sales pipeline. * Attend internal sales meetings and provide sales reporting as required. * Engage internal support / stakeholders to support customer outcomes and be continuously adding value and growing the use of BMM's service offerings. Requirements * Minimum of 5 years working experience in a business development role. * Experience in a similar position in the gaming industry. * Have a technical understanding of gaming products across the various market's segments in NAM. * A comprehension of gaming technical standards and protocols would be an advance for the role. * Demonstrable record in creating and delivering on business development plans & strategies. * Travel within NAM region will be required.
