Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Manage territory sales by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product value. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. * Track sales performance, managing customer relationships, and forecasting future sales. * Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills in upselling and customer engagement. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management.
