Duties

:

• Serve as the first point of contact, working to understand the customer needs and crafting solutions through clear communication
• Transform inquires into confirmed orders with accurate and efficient quoting
• Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, engineering) to ensure on-time deliveries and exceed customer expectations
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, finding creative solutions that foster a positive service experience
• Manage orders from inception to completion, providing updates and keeping track of progress to ensure smooth project flow
• Act as the central communication hub between customers, production, and engineers

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including email and other relevant sales tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
