Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with various software tools, including Salesmate CRM. There is no cold calling or cold out reach at all. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through inbound leads and follow-up calls to close sales. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. * Utilize Salesmate to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales progress. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategize on approaches for client engagement. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a construction or home repair space. * Strong phone sales skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to understand technical concepts related to products and services offered. * A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is an hourly base pay plus commission on closed sales. Potential to earn $50,000 to $100,000 annually.
