Responsibilities - Analyze customer needs to identify suitable insurance products. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote their insurance needs. - Provide in-depth information about insurance products and benefits to clients. - Process and manage sales transactions and documents. - Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance policies and industry developments. - Utilize phone skills to reach potential clients and follow up with leads. - Collaborate with all team members to ensure seamless customer service. - Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data. - Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service. Skills - Bilingual or multilingual, with a focus on Spanish language skills. - P&C Insurance license required prior to start date. - Strong analytical and sales skills. - Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to clients. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Experience with lead generation. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction. - A thorough understanding of insurance policies and industry trends. - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
