We excel in providing exceptional consumer services and sales support for various local brands and clients in your communities. The main objective of the entry level Telecommunications Sales Agents is to grow and develop new and existing business opportunities for our telecommunications clients by delivering exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to overturn objections and convert business. Due to recent growth opportunities in Tampa and Southwest Florida, we are now looking to expand our Telecommunications Sales Agent team! We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our entry level Telecommunications Sales Agent position. Telecommunications Sales Agent Responsibilities: * Utilizes a client-generated leads list and speaks directly with eligible consumers to educate and inform them of effective telecommunications solutions * Trains one-on-one with the Account Managers to fully comprehend our consumer support and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process * Builds long-lasting relationships with consumers to develop loyalty to the Frontier brand and provide valued consumers with essential communication tools * Keeps detailed records of all consumer interactions and follows all privacy requirements * Attends daily team meetings and actively contributes ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers Telecommunications Sales Agent Requirements: * 0-2 years of experience in a customer or client-facing position that involves consumer services, customer support, or sales in some capacity * A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or another related field is preferred, but not required * Patient demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and effective follow-through * An individual who is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, grow in a new opportunity, and is driven to succeed * Must be genuinely excited to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment * Someone with a competitive spirit to be able to contribute to our team environment Benefits & Perks of an Entry Level Telecommunications Sales Agent: * Major Holidays off * Health, Dental, and Vision benefits * A company that invests in the individual as much as they invest in the company * A fun, lively, upbeat team environment * Company-paid retreats and vacations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $1,250.00 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
