The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various outreach methods, including outbound calling and warm calling. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by generating high-quality leads that align with our target market. The Lead Generation Specialist will leverage technology and CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage lead data effectively. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. * Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. * Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our target market. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in Salesforce or other CRM software. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead generation. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process. * Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better understand customer needs. Skills * Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. * Strong understanding of technology sales and the ability to articulate product benefits effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on persuasive outbound calling techniques. * Experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to lead generation activities. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up processes. * A background in customer service that enhances the overall client experience during outreach efforts.
