Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door-to-door Sales Representative to join our team. This is for a Contractor company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and obtaining signatures for people who may qualify for a free roof replacement. You will be knocking doors around the DMV area for people who look like they may qualify for an (insurance covered) roof replacement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to warm calling and telemarketing, ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. This role is commission based; $500 for each signature. Responsibilities * Knock doors and engage with potential clients to generate leads and close sales. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. * Utilize sales software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Communicate effectively with clients * Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Skills * Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. (Spanish is a bonus) * Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is preferred. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
