Job Summary Join State Farm Agency located in Kendall-Miami, FL 33186. We are seeking a qualified professionals to join our winning team for the role of Account Associate to help manage customer service and sales opportunities at the agency. Responsibilities * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales approach to educate customers about insurance and banking options.
