Position Description Position: Marketing and Sales Coordinator FLSA Status: Hourly Reports To: Director of Operations Employment Status: Full-Time Salary : $75k - 85K

Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a key role in expanding our brand and increasing sales. This position focuses on signing new MDs to our H.E.L.P. RX program, opening new concierge accounts, and supporting trade show events. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and adaptable, with strong communication skills to engage with doctors, vendors, and internal teams.

Essential Functions

Sales & Business Development

• Sign new MDs to the H.E.L.P. RX program and open concierge accounts.
• Follow up with doctors and existing accounts to drive sales growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Marketing & Trade Show Coordination
• Plan and manage trade show appearances, including booth setup and logistics.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials for events.
• Ensure brand visibility and engagement at trade shows to generate leads. Marketing & Outreach
• Develop marketing materials and promotional kits.
• Support brand awareness efforts through public relations and community engagement.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
