Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Merchandiser to join our team and drive the growth of our product line in New England. Role Overview As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be essential in meeting customers' needs, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities * Account Management : Oversee a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. * Client Relationships : Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients. * Customer Support : Act as the primary point of contact, addressing individual customer needs. * Business Development : Generate new business through existing and potential networks. * Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve conflicts, providing timely solutions to customers. * Reporting : Maintain detailed reports on account statuses and transactions. * Sales Targeting : Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives. * Sales Metrics : Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly results and forecasts. * Performance Improvement : Suggest strategies to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Compensation * Base Salary : $40,000 per year * Commission : 2% Qualifications * Proven track record in customer service with strong interpersonal skills. * Sales experience, preferably in outside sales roles. * Excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint. * Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
