A fast-growing global beauty retailer is expanding its North American footprint and redefining the way consumers experience K-beauty and U.S. skincare. With a strong international legacy and deep roots in beauty innovation, this company is curating a trend-forward assortment of products while building immersive in-store experiences that resonate with U.S. consumers. We're looking for a strategic and operationally savvy Head of Sales to lead U.S. retail store operations and drive consistent, sustainable growth. This leadership role is responsible for offline store performance, customer satisfaction, and sales optimization--while serving as a vital link between U.S. operations and the global headquarters in Korea. An ideal candidate will bring the following -

• Fluent Korean speaker
• Strong background overseeing retail operations in a multistore environment including but not limited to P&L ownership
• Experience developing and executing sales strategy
• Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry
• Ability to travel domestically
• Bachelors degree is a plus
• Pay Details:
