- Licensed Sales Agent No cold calling! All warmed leads and in-house transfers. We are a fast-growing insurance agency in Arizona and Utah, and we need some hardworking, fun-loving people to join our team. License is not required for an interview but is a big bonus. We will help you attain your P&C license and the training to not only succeed, but to put yourself on the fast track for advancement. The position is a fast-paced sales role with a base salary and excellent commission.
