We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in understanding their insurance needs to a consistent stream of warm leads that will be provided to you. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client requirements, and a knack for negotiating favorable terms. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses secure the right insurance coverage. This position has a lot of opportunity for growth, with providing insurance solutions as the starting point. Many agents move on to provide comprehensive financial planning to offer a wide range of solutions through the use of additional licensing. The growth and income potential is only limited by your work ethic. Duties and Responsibilities: * Prospecting, networking and obtaining clients through various methods and strategies. * Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers on behalf of clients. * Participate in our state of the art training system to develop your personal and sales skills * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business development. * Provide guidance on benefits administration and claims processes. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes. * Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint worth with fellow associates.
