Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging with Doctor Office's, Home Health Agency's & Hospitals understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing & customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential Doctor Office's, Home Health Agency's & Hospitals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & potential doctor offices, clinics & home health agencies. - Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. -Our company is contracted provider with most major insurance companies. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products such as incontinent supplies, diabetic supplies, motorized wheelchairs, hospital beds, OBGYN products & Orthotic supplies. Experience - Previous experience in sales / marketing or direct sales is preferred. - Familiarity with Medical or Pharmaceutical sales processes is a plus. - Proficiency in upselling techniques and conducting effective product demos. - Strong sales skills in order to have the Doctor Office's, Home Health Agency's & Hospitals to come onboard with our company.
