The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving roofing sales growth within a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our pr roofing products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to engage with customers through direct sales efforts.

Duties

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during client interactions. - Manage relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. - Perform territory management by analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify growth areas. - Collaborate with the roofing marketing team to align promotional strategies with sales objectives. - Provide feedback on customer preferences and market dynamics to inform product development. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. - Ability to generate $100,000 in commission-based pay (if you Google our business name you'll understand why this will be so simple, we have DEMAND)

Qualifications

- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a technical or business development environment. - Strong skills in territory sales management and the ability to identify new market opportunities. - Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish being a plus. - Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage and inform potential customers. - Demonstrated success in upselling and managing customer relationships effectively. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is results-oriented.
