We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent with a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license to join our team and help grow our client base while providing exceptional service. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain client relationships by assessing their insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options. * Sell property and casualty insurance policies to individuals and businesses. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims and renewals. * Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policy changes, and new insurance products. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and business objectives. Qualifications: * Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required). * Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus but not required. .
